In a city this large, why is an ordinary community worth a chronicle of its own?

How the case unfolds
Aotoupu is not three booklets displayed side by side. It is a continuous way of knowing a community: its chronicle establishes a record of time, people and life; the historic-building guide identifies what deserves care; and cultural maps return that knowledge to the street. Buildings, temples, schools, industrial traces, trees and everyday shops gain a place that residents can recognise and use.
